I don’t know what kind of fittings I need for my application. Where can I get help?
You can call us at (513) 422-9425 or send us an email at email@example.com, we will do our best to help you identify what fittings and pipe you need.
Do you have a minimum order size?
No, we will sell you one fitting or a semi-truck full.
How do you sell your pipe?
We sell our made in the USA pipe by the foot. The maximum length is 20 feet long but we will cut the pipe to what ever lengths you want with no cut charge. If your maximum pipe length is 9 feet or less we can ship it via UPS, lengths longer than 9 feet require us to ship via a trucking company. We are happy to utilize the company of your choice for domestic shipments.
Your literature talks about pipe and fitting sizes that don’t seem to match the actual dimension of the pipe or fittings. Why?
Our fittings are designed to be used with schedule 40 pipe. The size of pipe is the most asked question we get, the size of the pipe has been specified by the American Standards Association, a good history and listing of all of the important dimensions can be found at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nominal_Pipe_Size.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express cards. We also accept checks and if you are in the local area, cash. Businesses may contact us for a credit application.
We normally ship via United Parcel Service. We can also ship via FedEx and the US Postal Service. If your shipment is large we can ship via the trucking company of your choice. International shipments destined for countries outside North America will be shipped insured via a freight forwarder of our choice.
I ordered some fittings from you but got a box from (insert random company name), what is going on? I thought you were the manufacturer?
We do manufacture the Diamond Aluminum Structural Slip-On Fittings right here in Southwest Ohio. We do our best to help the environment by recycling our boxes, if you look at the packing material you may find an old newspaper as well. Both corrugated cardboard boxes and newspaper are very recyclable and reusable.
